Round Up: August Week 1

A slight delay for the usual Round Up! Sorry, drafting a couple posts at the same time. Last week was rather packed and busy, a lot of worries, a lot of running about and plenty headache. So glad that that's over, been basking in the joy of it but seems like its time to spring back. Though its already August, there's still a couple big things left in stored for me for 2014!

M O N D A Y

Material hunting once again. We were looking for the right chiffon to make capes for our 'Frozen' princesses for the concert haha. They weren't suppose to be Elsa, but because of the choice of song, the kids kept thinking that they were, so heck. Why not let them indulge in their little fantasy!

T U E S D A Y

My little gardeners all ready! Joined the kids in my overalls and stole a hat to make them get into the role! They were quite disappointed that they aren't going to be in pretty tutus but i'm so glad that at the end of it all, they love it so much they still wanted to do their dance after the concert!

Dim Sum brunch spread for 3! A change in Wednesdays' flow. Imperial Treasure Nan Bei Restaurant Tampines is where i usually head to curb my Dim Sum cravings or 127 on rareeeeee occasions, but seems like Canton Paradise will make my list of alternatives!

And here's a change in Sundays' flow. Postponed classes for a break after the 2 day show and out for buffet lunch at Kiseki with the Trudance family. 

After which, off for more sinful treats!

Some people don't like this as much as the other churros but......I LOVE IT!

Was craving to head back here. Its been a year since the last visit, and i was tremendously delighted the decision was right. Ok, maybe sounds very kua zhang but after all the cafe hopping, Lola's Cafe, GRUB, Chock Full of Beans, Habitat Coffee & Flock are just about my few favourites and the ones i would recommend you to try if you haven. So the mains were delightful but the churros were rather disappointing. At least now i know i can head OC if i want to to satisfy my churros craving!

Wouldn't make it in time to Creamier so settled for my favourite. No new ice cream parlour or anything like that haha. Udders' Earl Grey is my absolute favourite! The only one i will not be sick off and perhaps one of the rare things i love that doesn't have chocolate!
