MY TRAVELOGUE: DOWN UNDER GETAWAY (ROAD TRIP DAY 4 & BACK TO PERTH)

 DAY 4

 

BREAKFAST: Fench toast drenched with honey & topped with Honey Macadamia ice creamm mmmm. Bought a whole tub of ice cream the night before & didn't want it to go to waste. Extremely sinful breakfast at 8am but its simply d e l i sh.

For the last part of our road trip, off to Dongara we go! Got off at Geraldton for lunch since it was on the way & this time, the shops are opened!

F I N A L L Y got my fresh juice fix

 Boots shopping in Rivers. Didn't get the pretty rainboots because its not practical in sg but i got the winter boots for such a steal! I actually pretty much owned a very similar pair previously but i left it in Dalian & haven stopped regretting since. This time, i didn't leave it behind!

Checked into our place in Dongara & was greeted by this sight. A shame that it was cloudy so we couldn't catch the sunset.

DAY 5

Goodbye road trip, it has been a good one. Time to head back to Perth.

First cuppa Boost! During my previous trip here we had our Boost fix everyday. The road trip deprived me of that! I know i probably should be sick of it since i work in Boost but none of us are sick of it!

A quick stop at King's Park before picking up the rest of our stuff at Huiyi's uni hall & I MET SAMMY!!! <3 The time in Perth was too short though, couldn't make time for a proper meet up :(

Picked up the remaining stuff & checked into the room(house) we booked through airbnb. More details about our accommodation in the next post! Unpacked our stuff, got comfortable & off to Ciao Italia.

Was brought here during my previous trip & i just had to bring my friends! This is one place most people living/studying in Perth would have heard of & been there at least once. Genuine Italian restaurant owned & ran by Italians themselves. All their staff are Italians too by the way. If i could insert a drooling emoticon for the pizzas, i would insert a smiley with hearts in my eyes here.
